| Q. Do you have designs already made that I can order? A. Every order is custom designed with the client from start to finish. All of the designs that you see on my site were designed specifically for a client. However, if you see a design for an invitation that you like I can replicate that design, and add more of YOU to your invitation. Q. What payment types do you accept? A. I accept all major credit cards through Paypal. I will gladly accept a personal check or Money order under these conditions: Deposit- I will not begin services until the check is cleared. Final payment- I will not mail the product until the check has cleared. I will accept cash in person only. Q. How much is shipping? Shipping costs is determined on your location. If you want me to mail your invitations for you, we'll discuss the cost during your consultation. Q. What other services do you offer? A. Event design and decoration. Oil and Watercolor Paintings. For Musicians: I will hand paint your Guitars! Q. Are the envelopes hand addressed or printed? A. I can do either! Q. What is the best way to provide our guest list to you? A. I prefer either a word document or excel spreadsheet with the following information: First & Last name of each guest how you want it to appear on the envelope. Complete Address without abbreviations, including zip code. Q. Do you accept rush orders? A. It depends on the size, time and if my current projects allow for it. I prefer to allow 6-8 weeks for each project including initial consultation. Q. Do you require a contract? A. I use a simple written agreement through email or fax once the design has been approved by the client. Q. I don't see prices for your designs, how much does it cost? A. For Invitations: I have a non-refundable design fee of $250 that is deducted from your total cost. The cost per invitation varies depending on the design. I will try to work with any budget because I believe every bride deserves a fabulous wedding, just keep in mind my designs are one of a kind! For Original Art: It depends on the size of the piece. I require 15% deposit for original artwork. Q. Do you have a catalogue? A. No, my designs are custom designed for each client. Q. How long will the invitations take? A. Production time is approximately 6-8 weeks including the inital consultation depending on the design. I suggest getting started about 3 months before you'd like to mail your invitations. Earlier is generally better. Q. When should I mail my invitations? A. You typically want to mail your invitations 6-8 weeks before your wedding date. If you're having a destination wedding I recommend mailing them 10-12 weeks before your wedding date. Q. Can each guest have a custom invitation? A. Absolutely! I am a very creative soul and thrive on throwing out old traditions! Q. Does my invitation have to be on paper? A. No! I encourage my clients to dream big! The sky is the limit when it comes to creative ideas. I have done Christmas ornaments, scrolls, Dvd's. I will work with you to create the wedding of your dreams! Q. Does my guitar have to be taken apart? A. I prefer that you take it apart, so that I can completely sand down the original work, paint and clear coat the instrument without damaging the other pieces.
